Ben has significant experience representing employees and consumers in individual and class action lawsuits. He has successfully recovered money for those who were mistreated and/or wrongfully terminated by their employers. He has also successfully litigated class actions against some of the largest employers in the country for wage and hour violations, recovering significant compensation and compelling employers to change their practices. Ben has also represented his clients in consumer rights cases, litigating against some of the largest corporations and has been instrumental in recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for class members.

Ben graduated from Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Psychology with honors. He attended Brooklyn Law School, where he obtained his J.D. After practicing for several years in New York, Ben moved out west, passed the California bar examination and has maintained his practice in California ever since. 

When not working, Ben enjoys being outdoors as much as possible after enduring one too many East Coast winters. He can be found hiking, running, or spending time with his family.
